Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Under distance selling law, you as a private individual have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your delivery. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the original packaging must not have been opened. Products and packaging that are not in their original condition upon return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return postage.

Once we have received and confirmed that the product and packaging are in undamaged condition, we will refund the payment without delay and no later than 14 days. Shipping costs and any other costs incurred at the time of ordering are not refunded.

Returns/Complaints

If a different product than ordered has been delivered or if the product is damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. After we have approved the complaint, instructions for return shipping will be provided and the product can be returned free of charge.

Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects in accordance with consumer protection law, unless otherwise stated. The warranty starts from the purchase date and the invoice/delivery note serves as proof of warranty.

Installation

Products sold by Luftfjädring24.se must be installed according to the manufacturer's/supplier's instructions. Mr-Parts Sweden AB cannot be held responsible for consequences of incorrect installation or incorrect use of a product.
