Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Under distance selling law, you as a private individual have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. We may make a deduction for any reduction in value resulting from other handling of the product.
Return shipping and method
Please contact us at [email protected] before you send the product back. Returns are sent by post to Mr-Parts Sweden AB, Skyttevägen 18A, 133 36 Saltsjöbaden, Sweden. The customer pays the return shipping. Return shipping costs:
- Sweden: 99 SEK
- Norway: 407 NOK
- Denmark: 278 DKK
- Finland: 37 EUR
The return shipping amounts apply to standard parcels. For heavy or bulky products, the return shipping cost may be higher. Please contact us before returning, and we will tell you the estimated cost.
We do not charge any fee for the return itself other than the return shipping.
Refund
Once we have received the return and confirmed that the product and packaging are undamaged, we will refund the payment you made without delay and no later than 14 days after we have approved the return.
Returns/Complaints
Your statutory consumer rights in case of a defective product apply. To make a complaint, please contact us without undue delay at [email protected].
If a different product than the one you ordered has been delivered or if the product is damaged, we will provide instructions for return shipping once we have approved the complaint, and the product can then be returned free of charge.
Installation
Products sold by Luftfjädring24.se must be installed according to the manufacturer's/supplier's instructions. Mr-Parts Sweden AB cannot be held responsible for consequences of incorrect installation or incorrect use of a product.
