Shipping Information

Delivery Time

If ordered items are in stock, our goal is to pack and ship orders received before 1 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), on the same day. If items are not in stock, delivery time is typically 1-2 weeks. We cannot be held responsible for delivering a product that is sold out or discontinued. If a product cannot be delivered, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Method

Products are delivered by DHL or another carrier. You collect the package yourself at a DHL Service Point during normal opening hours. Deliveries via other carriers are delivered by the freight forwarder. They normally call to confirm the customer is home and arrange a delivery time. The current shipping method is always communicated to the customer in advance.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is always 99 SEK/DHL and 199 SEK/PostNord regardless of order size. (Applies only to customers in Sweden. Customers in other countries pay shipping according to standard rates.)

Uncollected Packages

All shipments remain at the pickup point for 14 days. If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it is automatically returned to Mr-Parts Sweden AB. Since we must cover shipping both to and from your pickup point, we charge 500 SEK incl. VAT for all uncollected packages to cover our costs.

Transport Damage

If the customer's package is opened or damaged upon delivery, contact your pickup point immediately when collecting the package. They have ready-made forms for damage claims.
